A veteran of digital, Peter is the resident account and project management director at Futureman. He spearheads the agency's client services and operations. His experience in agency-side solutions delivery, client-side marketing, production, graphic design, media, manufacturing, and team leadership allow him to precisely service Futureman's diverse client roster, and his attention to detail ensures agency projects are delivered flawlessly, on time and on budget.

A glutton for challenges, literature, Mid-Atlantic seafood, horror films, The Rolling Stones, and Baltimore sports, Peter has spent the past 10+ years refining the business' operations model to employ best practices across every agency discipline and in doing so, has helped catapult the business forward. Each and every day he works hand in hand with clients to deliver high-caliber projects that put business challenges to bed.

Justin is a lifelong film maker and award-winning editor. There is not much you can say about Justin other than that he has a gift for storytelling. He has shot and edited films and videos for FOX Twentieth Television, Red Bull, Gatorade, NFL, Special K, Coors Light, Nike, and countless others. He also likes to take pictures and skateboard.

Growing up, Dillon always had an interest in drawing, and in high school he was introduced to the digital arts. He went on to double major in Arts Technology and Graphic Design at Illinois State University. With design as his primary focus, he was then introduced to web development during an internship at ISU. With his experience in design and front end development, he now pushes himself to enhance the UI/UX experience online through the use of good design.

Hailing from the corn fields of western Illinois, Peter is a video editor and independent filmmaker. He has been crafting videos since he could hold a camera. He is an alum of DePaul University’s Digital Cinema program and a veteran of both production and post-production.

Peter is a member of the Futureman Video Team, creating informative and entertaining videos for a wide breadth of clientele. He is eager and tireless, always striving to get “the shot.” He also really does like cookies as much as his profile suggests.

Kevin O’Reilly joined the Futureman team in early 2014. O’Reilly was the president and founder of Buildings On Demand. Spending over a decade in the commercial real estate industry, O’Reilly saw an opportunity to change the way office buildings were being marketed. He began by creating story telling video productions for the purposes of marketing commercial office buildings and their spaces. Working with the Futureman team from the beginning, the two businesses eventually formed the joint venture agency, BOD Creative. BOD Creative offers Futureman’s full range of creative services with a primary focus of providing web design/development and video production to the commercial real estate industry. Throughout his commercial real estate career, O’Reilly worked as a trusted advisor to the senior management of many different business types, consulting on both the financial and cultural aspects of their operations. His past experiences translate well into serving the various needs of Futureman’s clients.

For over eight years O’Reilly was a volunteer and Associate Board Member with Jobs for Youth Chicago. In 2009, O’Reilly raised significant funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as a candidate in their annual competition, Man of the Year. In 2013, O’Reilly was a student at The Starter League focusing on web development. O’Reilly is a graduate of Ohio University.

Conrad Fuhrman

With over 15 years in digital and design, Conrad has worked with brands such as Ernst & Young, McDonald's, Nike, P&G, CIBA Vision, James Hardie and more. He studied design and animation at the Illinois Institute of Art, harnessing his passion for creative and translating it to UI, UX, and development. Conrad also was part of Excelerate Labs, a Chicago incubator now part of TechStars, and co-founded MakeItFor.Us, a marketplace where anything can be made.

Conrad brings to Futureman a critical skill set and expertise that encapsulates design, UX, and development. This hybrid offering enables him to scope, design, and deliver projects with a powerful and unmatched POV.

When he's not at Futureman, Conrad loves listening to vinyl and is currently building a custom 6v6 tube preamp. He also serves on the board of CHAOS Brew Club where he brews beer. Drinking the beer he makes is also an enjoyment of his. If you're fortunate enough to stop by the office, you might get a chance to have some of the beer he brews on tap.

Scott Porembski is an artist who wears many hats on the Futureman crew. Even though he’s based overseas in Japan, he oversees the 3D graphics Futureman brings to the table. Whether it’s for a motion graphic shot, AR experience, or even holograms, he’s pushing polygons until they’re just right. His background as an illustrator also comes in handy for storyboard production so we can plan our video projects beforehand.If you ever find Scott out in the wild, you’ll know him by the coffee he’s always got by his side or reading some cheesy book. While he insists audiobooks are reading, he’s actually pretty good on the piano.

If there is anything you should know about Jess, it’s that she is really good at telling you what she doesn’t like, but actually hates making decisions. Jess is originally from Michigan and moved to “the big city” of Chicago to study graphic design.

Recently graduated, she brings fresh perspectives to processes and projects. Jess has experience in branding, web, and print design, and strives to put the user first when thinking about design solutions.

When Jess was young her dream job was to be an astronaut or an artist, so you could definitely say that Futureman is the perfect fit for her.

Boz is an award-winning creative and art director as well as a veteran interactive developer. With close to 20 years in the business, Boz’s expertise ranges from design and creative to a full service developer skillset. Boz excels in entertainment and movie studio digital design, and has spearheaded projects for Ridley Scott, Kingdom Hearts, and Fox Twentieth Television. When he’s not slamming Arizona Ice Tea and working tirelessly, Boz can be found at the gym, in Los Angeles, or visiting family in Serbia.

TK is a creative with a sharp business sensibility. A budding filmmaker and serial idea-haver, he loves to blow conventional ideas out of the water. A lifelong Bulls fan and sports enthusiast, he spends his off time cooking up EDM tracks and gourmet food.

He’s certainly not risk-averse…he mailed the photo on the left and asked for the job.

If there’s an aspect of design that can be learned, then Mary wants to learn it. Beginning with an interest in photoshop in high school, she went on to double major in Visual Communications and Psychology. With artistic interests ranging from film photography to 3D graphics, Mary always has a project in the works.

She has experience in branding, web design, and animation, with a special love for UI/UX. When she’s not working Mary can be found visiting thrift stores, taking a dance class, or trying a local restaurant.

As a recent grad of all things business from Hope College, Allison’s the latest member to join the Futureman Fam. She’s a project manager, producer, and all-around go-getter who loves to take the lead and make things happen. She also makes a mean cocktail.

Outside of work you can find Allison planning her next trip or out and about looking for the best espresso martini in the city.

Hailing from the mountains of upstate New York, Conner is an award-winning developer who specializing in crafting the experimental and experiential side of digital products. A new-age developer with a background in design, Conner is uniquely suited to take on the most formidable of digital experiences. Augmented reality, 3D web, complex web animations and beyond. If you can dream it, Conner can deliver it.
