QSC came to us with a challenge common to enterprise AV: their QSYS full-stack AV platform is powerful, but woefully abstract. Things like conference room expansion, campus deployments, and intelligent audio routing are hard to truly visualize when the technology lives inside walls and ceilings. We built a modular 3D world from the ground up, centered around a campus environment designed at three scales: the full bird's-eye view as a microchip metaphor, individual rooms as modern, aspirational spaces, and the moment-to-moment interactions where the technology actually lives through our Pixar-inspired characters and the energized laser beams that connected all of the technology.
Characters were designed with intention as diverse, expressive, and in motion beings, built to work equally in animation and still contexts. And because QSYS products continually evolve, we abstracted the technology so that the content was built for now and every step of QSC’s future as they expand what the High Powered Workplace means.
